Millennials and Gen Zs are known for their urge to travel and discover the world, yet they pass by many monuments and iconic places and never really learn much about them, they barely live as beautiful pictures on Instagram

Culture is slowly disappearing amongst the youngest, and we can´t think of a better way of saving it than introducing it to their world. 

By creating Spot____ by Spotify ​, a new feature that will teach you the story behind any monument or site, you wish to discover, giving you access to a podcast for you to learn all about it.

With Spot___, Spotify can locate every user through geolocation,

allowing users to tap into the nearest monument or historic place

and learn everything about it.

Using Spotify QR-code camera, the user can scan

spots such as historical monuments, city landscapes... 

Google ´s CloudVision API will integrate vision detection features within the Spotify App.

Users can see their real-time 

location on the map as well as other Spot___´s nearby.

Spot___ will come equipped with a tailored voice assistant that will give more personalized and targeted information according to each user’s database.

Spot___:​ The Inverted Pyramid is located in the Carrousel du Louvre, an underground shopping mall inaugurated in 1993 that adjoins the Hall Napoléon of the Louvre. At the end of The Da Vinci Code, Langdon understands that the pyramidion of stone placed under the point of the Inverted Pyramid houses the grave of Mary Magdalene.
